Reflexology is one of my favourite treatments to give. It is a natural, holistic therapy that encourages the body to re-balance. Using pressure applied to reflex points on the feet, it is suitable for most people, including children and the elderly. It's so very relaxing & a huge stress reliever. When stress levels are reduced, the body functions more optimally.
RLD is a unique reflexology technique, researched & developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, in order to improve the lymphatic system. Primarily designed to assist people suffering with Lymphoedema following treatment for cancer, it has also shown to benefit some Auto Immune conditions.
Facial Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing treatment, that utilises pressure points on the face & scalp to promote relaxation, reduce stress, boost the circulation & aid Lymphatic drainage. It is very different to a Facial, though it does incorporate a cleanse and tone.
1 Hour of Reflexology to include A Full session of Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) & some more traditional techniques to enhance well-being.

Indian Head Massage promotes a deep level of relaxation - We all know the best part of going to the hairdressers is the massage during the hair wash!It eases tension in the head, neck and shoulders - The perfect treatment for those working at desks all day, or who tend to hunch when feeling stressed. IHM is traditionally a dry, seated massage, with oils used in the hair, if desired. I have however, adapted my treatment, to give the massage in a prone position, as I think it provides a higher level of relaxation.
Aromatherapy is a very gentle massage, where the hands merely assist the oils to work their magic. It is a very hypnotic process, leaving the client feeling deeply relaxed. Essential oils have many properties that are beneficial to the body, in addition to smelling absolutely heavenly. The oils that are selected for the massage are tailored to the individual, based on what is happening with them at the time. It is a very personalised treatment, and has many benefits including promoting good sleep patterns and reducing stress.
