Just what I needed!
Due to a combination of circumstances I hadn’t been able to visit Clare for some time. Knowing about recent events Clare recommended a bespoke treatment rather than my regular deep tissue massage. The combination of massage and reflexology left me feeling very relaxed.

Recently attended a three hour "taster" workshop on reflexology with the wonderful Claire and another newbie like me, who was lovely too. Easy to find the premises, which are a sanctuary of calm, relaxation and divine fragrance. A perfect setting to absorb the art that is reflexology. The session was a perfect combination of simple explanation of theory and hands on practical techniques. An opportunity to practice alongside such an experienced, patient and enthusiastic practitioner was invaluable and made for an absorbing three hours. The time flew by and I really felt it was an excellent and worthwhile experience. Thank you Clare.

Clare is brilliant. She is very calming and really helps you to feel comfortable in her lovely space. The reflexology is relaxing and has helped me with a variety of different issues I’ve been experiencing.

I had a face reflexology treatment this morning and it was incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I felt at ease from the moment I arrived. Clarke made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. I would definitely go back.
