Services
Reflexology is one of my favourite treatments to give. It is a natural, holistic therapy that encourages the body to re-balance. Using pressure applied to reflex points on the feet, it is suitable for most people, including children and the elderly. It's so very relaxing & a huge stress reliever. When stress levels are reduced, the body functions more optimally.
RLD is a unique reflexology technique, researched & developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, in order to improve the lymphatic system. Primarily designed to assist people suffering with Lymphoedema following treatment for cancer, it has also shown to benefit some Auto Immune conditions.
Facial Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing treatment, that utilises pressure points on the face & scalp to promote relaxation, reduce stress, boost the circulation & aid Lymphatic drainage. It is very different to a Facial, though it does incorporate a cleanse and tone.
Combine a 45 minute Reflexology treatment with a 45 minute Facial Reflexology.
1 Hour of Reflexology to include A Full session of Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) & some more traditional techniques to enhance well-being.
30 Minutes Facial Reflexology, followed by 30 minutes of Foot Reflexology
Combining the best of both worlds with a mixture of Holistic Facial & Reflexology Techniques.

Indian Head Massage promotes a deep level of relaxation - We all know the best part of going to the hairdressers is the massage during the hair wash!It eases tension in the head, neck and shoulders - The perfect treatment for those working at desks all day, or who tend to hunch when feeling stressed.IHM is traditionally a dry, seated massage, with oils used in the hair, if desired. I have however, adapted my treatment, to give the massage in a prone position, as I think it provides a higher level of relaxation.

Reiki is a Japanese system of energy healing, formed on the principle of transferring energy through the palms of the hands of the practitioner, whose hands are placed either on or near the body of the recipient. Reiki is a very relaxing, meditative treatment, that can improve your overall sense of well-being. The treatment is usually around 45 minutes in length, but can sometimes take up to an hour depending on the client's needs.

Using a Very light touch, with adapted positions to suit the client and their comfort, Oncology massage is a gentle, relaxing therapy that allows the client to take some time away from their cancer treatment and diagnosis, and re-connect with themselves.

Another fabulous reflexology treatment with Clare, I came out feeling like I was walking on air. Clare is so knowledgeable and her treatment room smells amazing. I also love the fact that I don’t feel uncomfortable not chatting whilst having my treatment so I can just completely relax and feel grounded. I shall be booking another appointment very soon ❤️
