Combine a 45 Minute Indian Head massage with Reflexology for 90 minutes of deep relaxation.
Reflexology is one of my favourite treatments to give. It is a natural, holistic therapy that encourages the body to re-balance. Using pressure applied to reflex points on the feet, it is suitable for most people, including children and the elderly. It's so very relaxing & a huge stress reliever. When stress levels are reduced, the body functions more optimally.
RLD is a unique reflexology technique, researched & developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, in order to improve the lymphatic system. Primarily designed to assist people suffering with Lymphoedema following treatment for cancer, it has also shown to benefit some Auto Immune conditions.
Facial Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing treatment, that utilises pressure points on the face & scalp to promote relaxation, reduce stress, boost the circulation & aid Lymphatic drainage. It is very different to a Facial, though it does incorporate a cleanse and tone.
Combine a 45 minute Reflexology treatment with a 45 minute Facial Reflexology.
1 Hour of Reflexology to include A Full session of Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) & some more traditional techniques to enhance well-being.
30 Minutes Facial Reflexology, followed by 30 minutes of Foot Reflexology

Indian Head Massage promotes a deep level of relaxation - We all know the best part of going to the hairdressers is the massage during the hair wash!It eases tension in the head, neck and shoulders - The perfect treatment for those working at desks all day, or who tend to hunch when feeling stressed. IHM is traditionally a dry, seated massage, with oils used in the hair, if desired. I have however, adapted my treatment, to give the massage in a prone position, as I think it provides a higher level of relaxation.

I can also incorporate the NADA protocol, which is Auricular (ear) Acupuncture, designed to help regulate the Nervous System & support those trying to move away from Addicitons.
Whilst this does use some TCM principles, it is not the same as TCM Acupuncture.

The nervous system reset was absolutely amazing in every way. Clare is truly a master at her work and as a result, I have spent the rest of the day feeling lighter, calmer and very much cared for! It was a wonderful treatment for mind and body. I highly recommend it!
